Advertiser Agreement

The undersigned hereby warrants and represents that the advertisement ("Ad") submitted to the American Brittany Club violates no patents, copyrights or trademarks and are truthful representations by the undersigned and the undersigned assumes all responsibility and liability for the content of the Ad. The undersigned hereby releases, acquits and forever discharges the American Brittany Club, its agents, representatives, members, directors, successors, assigns, parent and affiliated organizations, volunteers and all other related, associated, or connected persons ("Released Parties"), or any of them, of and from any and all claims, liability, actions, causes of actions, suits, expenses (including attorney's fees), costs, loss, damages and demands, of any kind or nature, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, which now or hereafter exist which arise from, relate to or are connected with the publication of the Ad. The undersigned indemnifies, defends and holds harmless Released Parties of and from any and all loss, liability, damages, including costs and attorney's fees, and expense sustained by Released Parties, or any of them, which do or might arise as a result the publication of the Ad.
